By accessing and using this teleconsultation platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

Dr. Juan Uría provides urological teleconsultation services for patients in Spain through Siranova Health (FZC), registered with Sharjah Research, Technology & Innovation Park (SRTI Park) under licence No. SC252010901, with registered address at 081-Block C VL13, SRTI Park, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. These services are not emergency services and should not be used for medical emergencies.

3. Appointment Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

You may change or cancel your appointment. If you cancel a paid appointment, your refund will be processed. For help with a change, cancellation or refund, contact drjuanuria@siranovahealth.com.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

The information provided through this platform is for educational purposes only and should not be considered as a substitute for professional medical advice.

6. Changes to Terms
