We collect information you voluntarily provide, such as name, email, phone, and medical history needed for the teleconsultation.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the teleconsultation service, process payments, send appointment confirmations, and improve our services.

Clinical record and storage

This platform is the authoritative repository for the clinical information required to provide the service. Structured clinical data, including preconsultation information, care plans, scores and laboratory results, is stored in PostgreSQL. Medical documents are stored in a private Azure Blob Storage container, with their metadata held in PostgreSQL.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and medical information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Calendly or Doctoralia for appointment scheduling. Scheduling providers are not the authoritative clinical record and must receive only the minimum data required to arrange the appointment. Stripe processes payment-instrument data; the platform stores payment identifiers and status.
